Steel construction

Fabric buildings, like conventional buildings, have subframe, which is the most important element of a fabric buildings. It must not only transfer the weight of roofing material, but also the weight of dynamic loads resulting from heavy snowfall, wind or other external factors. Therefore, its durability is a key element.

Roofing materials (fabric covers)

Roofing is the second important element differentiating our halls from other manufacturers on Polish market. The mostly used material is polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The material that is used for the production of our roofing membranes is specially prepared polyethylene (HDPE). The matrix is a grid with a thickness not exceeding 0.5 mm, covered on both sides with layers of special materials that increases resistance to UV and abrasion during assembly, transport or everyday use. This way made material has a high resistance to tearing and punctures, neither requires special care to stay clean.

Gable walls

Our offer includes a wide range of materials, which can be used for building gable walls. The choice depends only on client’s needs and requirements. One of the simplest solutions is a gable wall made of coated steel structure covered with roofing material from one side. The advantage of this solution is not only its low cost, but also brighter interior due to the material features. We have also available walls made of sandwich panels, metal or wood.

Ventilation

Ventilation is a key factor in the comfort of having and efficient use of the building. Performance requirements or the way the ventilation works will largely depend on the intended purpose of the hall. Animal breeding, stables or assembly halls require different solutions than warehouses or sand depots. We have different ventilation systems and we would be pleased to assist you in choosing the best one.

We can offer the following solutions:

Individual roof panels system (Individual Keder System)

This system consists of some specially prepared aluminum profiles, which are mounted on the upper surface of each truss, which also guide and mount the individual material roof panels. The panels are made with HDPE membrane having a width matching exactly to the space between trusses. The edges of the panel have a glued industrial cable. The edges with a cable are pulled into aluminum panels and once pulled completely inside they are being stretched from both sides. Finally, the whole structure is set up which is causing a transverse stretch of the panels. If necessary, you can place a vinyl peak on the tent, which also seals all the connections.

Insulation

A lack of thermal conductivity is one of features of the cover material. It is an excellent thermal insulator. This feature allows even a single layer material to keep a few degrees difference between the inside and the outside temperature even in the winter. This works also in the summer and gives lower temperature inside the tent providing more comfortable conditions inside.
