If you would like to use a fabric buildings in the industry, it is worth paying attention to the way load bearing elements were manufactures and their preparation for difficult external conditions. Unlike many other manufacturers all the elements of trusses in our halls after welding are being hot-dip galvanized to protect them not only from the inside but also from the outside. This way prepared elements are able to withstand more than 30 years in very difficult conditions and exposure to fumes from aggressive chemicals such as seawater, gases resulting from coal combustion process, salt storage, fertilizers, garbage, organic substances etc. (Marine shipyards, chemical processing plants, oil and gas production plants, mine, composting, waste sorting plant).

Durable structure

In case of strong and often harmful external factors which affect buildings used in industrial sector, the biggest matter that particularly draws all the attention is the durability and resistance to extreme conditions of those buildings. Our fabric buildings are designed to retain their properties and structure in the toughest conditions. The steel structure is covered with a zinc layer made in a hot-dip galvanizing technology, so that it meets the C5 and C5-M standard of corrosion resistance, which proves to use the fabric buildings in the most difficult conditions. All cover materials are resistant to chemicals, temperature and corrosive fumes.

Safety

The cover material in our halls (HDPE) is a non-combustible cover and in the case of fire it is not a threat. Special production technology of the internal weave structure, prevents the material from further tearing in case of mechanical damage.

Ecology

If you cover sand depots, salt or waste storages it will provide a protection and prevent harmful substances from getting into groundwater with heavy rains. Hall cover material is waterproof and resistant to weather conditions. The HDPE material, which fabric buildings are made from, is environmentally friendly and less of a threat to the environment and health than for example very popular PVC.

Versatility

Tents are multi-purpose buildings and if necessary they can be moved to another location in a very fast and easy way. Tents halls do not require any special foundation. A fabric buildings can be placed as a cover over the existing landfill site or instead of a building. It is easy to extend a fabric buildings, which is already being build, or change its design or function.

Unlimited space inside the hall

There are neither columns inside the hall nor load-bearing walls or pillars, which could restrict the work inside the fabric buildings. What is more, high vaulted ceiling allows easy fresh air circulation and any space arrangements inside the hall. Fabric buildings allow an easy load and unload of goods with forklifts even inside the hall as well as easy storage of goods of large dimensions.

Low costs

The production process of the hall, very short time of its set up, low cost of its purchase as well as its maintenance make a fabric buildings a very attractive cost alternative to other buildings. Natural daylight permeability of 80% of the cover material minimizes or even eliminates totally the use of artificial light during the day, which significantly reduces cost spent on electricity.
